DILL

Dill is used in cooking and is one of the best known remedies for babies and young children with colic and 'wind'.  For adults the seeds can be chewed for bad breath and it is useful as a digestive aid.

To make a tea:

1 teaspoonful of dill seeds to a cup of boiling water.  Let it sit (steep) for 10 minutes. 

Babies and children - Make tea as above and keep in a cool place.  Dilute with half water and give this weak tea in doses a teaspoonful at any one time.  Repeat as necessary.

Adults: Sip a cupful of the above tea three times a day. 

Dill tea is also used for Hiccups, Indigestion, Urinary Tract Infection, and it helps reduce high blood pressure.
